What We Do
At Elle & Me Developmental and Behavioral Services, we provide intervention services for young adults and children, 0-21, through a family coaching model. Our team of professionals collaborate to specialize in the most effective and developmentally appropriate interventions. Research shows that the best practice for therapy is one that is individualized. Our interventions are implemented within the child’s natural environment. It consists of targeting developmentally-appropriate skills with a strong component of parent training and family involvement.
Social Skills Groups
Our social skills groups meet on Saturday mornings. Our social skills groups are designed for clients to learn new social, emotional & communication skills. Our clients are grouped by ability and developmental age. We also offer individual sessions that take place in the home and/or community.
ABA THERAPY
Our data driven ABA services are designed to improve social, communication, and learning skills through reinforcement strategies. Our ABA therapists provide service under the supervision of a BCBA(s) and/or Licensed Behavior Therapists. ABA services take place in the home, school and/or community.
PARENT COACHING
Our parent coaching focus on the parent-child relationship. Our professionals collaborate with parents and other caregivers to build rapport with their child, which leads to compliance and strengthening of ability and outcomes. We value the importance of parents gaining the confidence needed to meet the needs of their child and family.
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
We provide classroom and school-wide behavior management strategies for families and all members of their team. Our training is customized to meet the needs of providers and their staff. We provide training to providers and their staff for all areas of development including, communication, motor, adaptive, social and cognitive development.
Teletherapy
Our teletherapy sessions provide families with the ability to better fit therapy into a busy schedule. Our virtual sessions are held through a HIPAA compliant and synchronous platform. In-home services minimize exposure to COVID-19 and remaining socially distant.
Early Intervention & Developmental Services
Our developmental specialists provide early intervention services in the home and/or community. We design activities that promote the acquisition of skills in a variety of developmental areas, including cognitive processes and social interaction. We create and implement curriculum plans that lead to achievement of the goals in the individualized family service plan (IFSP) and individualized education program (IEP). Our experienced specialists impart information and resources related to enhancing the skill development of the child.
Home-Based Behavioral Therapy
Our Home Based Behavioral Therapy is a structured, consistent, strength-based and data driven program, that takes place in the natural environment. Our goal-focused treatment plan meets the individual needs of each client and their family, in the comfort of their home. Behavior management strategies are customized for each client. We assist in addressing challenging behaviors and provide a means to help the client become successful.
Autism Services
We provide services for individuals that have been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. All services include ongoing data collection of all treatment goals. Our data driven services are designed to improve social, communication, and learning skills through reinforcement strategies, for clients 1-21 years. We create a customized plan based on individual needs, we use various teaching and training models:

Toilet Training
Assessments
We provide a comprehensive assessment through parent report, observation and assessment tools. Our assessments take place in the home, community and school setting.
The assessments that we provide are: VB-MAPP, Functional Behavior Assessment, Functional Assessment Screening Tool (FAST), Motivational Assessment Tool, Functional Analysis, DAYC-2 & HELP.
HANEN Trained Special Instruction
Our Hanen trained developmental specialists equips parents and caregivers with practical, interactive strategies for building the social, language and early literacy skills for children. The training and services are provided within the child’s natural environment. The setting in which services are provided, include home, community and early childhood settings: childcare, preschool and kindergarten programs. The training is designed for participants to gain the knowledge, skills and tools needed to make language and literacy-learning a fun and natural part of every child’s day.
